Because our rates are so affordable, many communities we serve simply pay us out of their budget. However, our service is also a tool that provides an opportunity for a commensurate revenue stream that increases your asset value and enhances property marketability.

Increase Your Net Operating Income (NOI)

1. Phase in pricing provides positive cash flow from the start of service. 2. Existing residents are not billed until their renewal.

2. Achieve Higher Market Rents by adding an extra $5.00 to $15.00 to the rent (how much more you charge is up to you).

Example Only: DPWS invoices a community for $780.00 a month (see below for details) for weekly service. If they charged their 200 residents an extra $12 a month for Dog Poop Cleanup Service, that’s an extra $2,400.00 in Revenue. Monthly Profit would be an additional $1,620.00 or $19,440.00 a year.
